Check voice input and the ending objective
If Invokyr is not recognizing your mic, check that in-game voice input is enabled and your microphone is active, then complete the appropriate ending objective before saying “Invokyr.” In Early Access, the community walkthrough places the spoken command after returning the Gamemaster’s Soul idol and sealing it into the board; the June demo requires bringing the board game into the final room.
Start by identifying what failed: communication with teammates, or the spoken command at the ending. Test communication separately from the final objective. Hearing your voice and completing the ending are different results to describe when asking for help.
Check whether teammates can hear you
The supported input checks are whether in-game voice input is enabled and whether your microphone is active. A player in the June demo discussion reported that disabled voice input prevented teammates from completing the spoken command. That report makes voice input worth checking before another ending attempt.
- Check whether in-game voice input is enabled.
- Check whether your microphone is active.
- Ask a teammate whether they can hear you speaking in the game; their confirmation is the result to look for in this communication test.
If your teammate can hear you, move on to the ending-objective checks below. If they cannot, include that symptom when you report the problem. Keep the communication result separate from whether saying the command completes the session.
Complete the Early Access objective before speaking
For the released Early Access game, follow the community walkthrough’s Soul idol sequence before testing the final spoken command. Reaching the center of the board leads to a teleport into the manor, followed by returning with the Gamemaster’s Soul idol. The walkthrough then places sealing the idol into the board before speaking “Invokyr.”
- Advance the player token to the center of the board, where the walkthrough describes being teleported into the manor.
- Return to the game room carrying the Gamemaster’s Soul idol.
- Seal the idol into the board.
- Speak “Invokyr” into your microphone after sealing the idol.
- Check whether the session ends successfully after the spoken command; this is the walkthrough’s completion check.
Bring the board into the June demo’s final room
For the June demo ending, Ludogram confirmed that the board game must be brought into the final room. A player also reported that disabled voice input blocked teammates from completing the spoken command. Use those demo requirements when checking a demo session rather than applying the Early Access Soul idol sequence.
- Bring the board game into the final room for the June demo ending.
- Check that in-game voice input is enabled before attempting the command.
- Check that your microphone is active.
- Say “Invokyr” after satisfying the demo’s final-room requirement.
- Check whether the ending completes after the spoken command; use that outcome to judge the attempt.
Report a command that still fails
If the appropriate objective is complete and the voice checks pass but the command still fails, report the problem through Invokyr’s Steam Discussions or the developer-shared Discord. Include your build, the ending state, and the microphone symptoms. Ludogram has previously requested player.log files while investigating technical failures.
Describe whether teammates could hear you, whether voice input was enabled, and what happened when you said the command. State whether you were playing the demo or Early Access, then describe the objective you had completed. Those details help distinguish a communication failure from a stalled ending without assuming the cause.
